Contact craigslist right away
Having been denied an account or two I can tell you that it's best to contact them before they ask you for further information.
It's super important to remember that they only literally have a handful of people handling these requests, if that! Probably half a handful, and those same people are fielding so many other requests that timing is of the essence.

As I said in the video, contact craigslist immediately upon learning your account is disabled. Use the email you used to create the account to contact craigslist at support@craigslist.com or just hit reply to any email from craigslist. Here's what you're going to say to them:
Hi, this is (your name) with (your business name), I just learned my account has been disabled. I'm sending you some information about my company and what we do, in hopes that our account will be reinstated.
My name is:
- (your name)
My company name is:
- (your business name)
We are posting ads for:
- (your business name)
Our physical business address is:
- (your physical address)
If you need to reach us by phone, please call:
- (your phone number)
We're hoping this information will clarify that we are a real business and help you decide to reinstate our account.
Thank you for your consideration,
(your name)
Now, please note, they will often, when reinstating an account, do it, but not tell you. Why they do that is beyond me, I guess it's because they're understaffed. 
I found out my account was back up and running not because they emailed me back and said oh hi, we reinstated your account, but because I went in and checked. It's just how it is with these guys.
